Polaroid tissue paper with wood grain printed on it is used to make medium density fiberboard, HDF and plywood. Adhesives are needed for veneering, and coatings are needed after veneering.
Gorgeous tissue paper, printed and coated on paper, is used for veneer of medium density fiberboard, HDF and plywood. Veneering needs adhesive, and generally does not need coating after veneering, so it is used in places with low wear resistance.
Pre-coated paper decorative paper (titanium white paper) is printed with wood grains on the surface of the paper, which is impregnated or coated with a small amount of resin, and the resin content is 20% ~ 60%. Low basis weight paper is used for facing MDF, and high basis weight paper is used for edge sealing. Veneer should be coated with adhesive, and it is generally not coated after veneering, so the wear resistance is higher than that of gorgeous paper.
Low-pressure melamine impregnated paper decorative paper (titanium white paper) is printed with wood grain and impregnated with low-pressure melamine resin, and the resin content is 130% ~ 150%. Used for the veneer of particleboard and medium density fiberboard, there is no need to glue when pasting the veneer, and it will not glue after pasting the veneer. High-pressure melamine impregnated paper decorative paper (titanium white paper) is printed with wood grain on paper surface, impregnated with high-pressure melamine resin, and the resin content is 60% ~ 100%, which is used to manufacture decorative laminated board (fireproof board). Wear resistance depends on the surface paper.
