Brief introduction of Shaanxi Jinding Casting Co., Ltd.

The old factory covers an area of 100.2 mu and has three main production lines: 1280 line, small product line and static pressure line. The main equipment includes more than 250 sets of 3500KW, 250HZ6*2 tons high-efficiency and energy-saving medium-frequency induction melting furnace, Zhenwu melting furnace, Q588, Q384 and other equipment of American INDUCTOTHERM Company.

The new factory covers an area of 800 mu with a total investment of 65.438+34 billion yuan. It will be built in two phases, with an annual production capacity of 6.5438+0.5 million tons. The first phase invested 540 million yuan and adopted advanced energy-saving, environment-friendly and green static pressure forming and unpacking forming technology. After the project is fully completed, it will become the key casting production base of Shaanxi Automobile Group.

The company has 820 employees, including 65 managers. There are eleven management departments and six production plants, which mainly produce all kinds of castings needed for heavy-duty vehicles and heavy-duty axles. The products cover the reducer shell, hub, bracket, engine casting and some machining units of the whole vehicle. The main brands of products are HT250, Qt 450- 10, Qt-600-3, ZG-35 and ZG20I；; Production 1000 kinds of rough castings.
