The reporter of Legal Daily noted that Article 22 of the Rules on Prohibition and Restriction of Use clearly stipulates that the name of an enterprise should be composed of words, phrases or their combinations, and sentences, sentence groups and paragraphs are not allowed, except for short sentences with obvious signs or other meaning.
On the background of this series of new policies, the relevant person in charge of the Enterprise Registration Bureau of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce introduced that in recent years, the industrial and commercial and market supervision departments at all levels have conscientiously implemented the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, unswervingly promoted the reform of the commercial system, and done a good job in enterprise registration, which effectively stimulated the vitality of entrepreneurial innovation, created a more relaxed and convenient business environment, and made positive contributions to economic and social development.
At the same time, the person in charge pointed out that at present, the implementation of the "double notice" work is not in place, the name of the enterprise is not standardized, the business scope of emerging industries is difficult to define, the understanding of simple cancellation registration of enterprises is not sufficient, and the level of window service is not high enough. Enterprise registration is facing new challenges and new requirements.
"In order to solve the outstanding problems in enterprise registration, we have formulated and issued these three documents after in-depth research and argumentation and extensive consultation." The person in charge said.

In response to the phenomenon of individual enterprises applying for enterprise names, the person in charge pointed out that the Notice clearly stated that those who violate the socialist core values, express or imply that they are non-profit organizations, or violate the basic function of enterprise names as enterprise identification marks, and do not use words, expressions or the contents and expressions of their cooperative brand names, shall be rejected or corrected according to the first and second paragraphs of Article 9 of the Regulations on the Administration of Enterprise Name Registration.
