Brief Introduction of Shanghai Qilu Industry (Group) Co., Ltd.

Shanghai Qilu Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd., formerly known as Shanghai Shandong Qilu Industrial Corporation, was founded in 1992. In 2004, the company was managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shandong Provincial People's Government. In 2009, with the approval of SASAC, it was restructured into a wholly state-owned group company. It is a "window" enterprise established by Shandong Provincial People's Government in Shanghai, and now it is a large enterprise managed by the State-owned Assets Management Committee of Shandong Provincial People's Government.
