Anhui Valin Automobile Co., Ltd. is a holding subsidiary of Anhui star horse car Group Co., Ltd. It has long-term technical cooperation with Mitsubishi Fusang Truck and Bus Co., Ltd. and Isuzu Automobile Co., Ltd., and signed a 10 technology import agreement with Mitsubishi Fusang.
The company imported 5000T large longitudinal beam press from Japan, and 10 sets of 500- 1500t large press formed two car body stamping production lines, A and B. All car body dies were developed and manufactured by Japan and Taiwan Province Province. The welding workshop has a fully automatic welding production line consisting of 13 welding robots imported from Japan. The assembly workshop is composed of 230m assembly line and 120m cab assembly line, which is built by the assembly technology of Mitsubishi Motors of Japan.
