Rights and obligations of employees in safety production
A, "production safety law" clear eight rights of employees are:

Two, "production safety law" stipulates three obligations of employees.
The Law on Work Safety stipulates three obligations of employees:
(1) The obligation of self-discipline and law-abiding, that is, employees should abide by the safety production rules and regulations and operating procedures of their own units, obey management, and wear and use labor protection articles correctly;
(2) Consciously learn the knowledge of safety in production, require to master the knowledge of safety in production required by the post, improve the skills of safety in production, and enhance the ability of accident prevention and emergency handling;
(3) hidden danger reporting obligation, that is, when hidden dangers of accidents or other unsafe factors are discovered, they shall immediately report to the on-site safety production management personnel or the person in charge of the unit.
Three, the rights and obligations of enterprise employees' labor protection
The labor protection obligations of employees in enterprises are: they must strictly enforce labor protection laws and regulations, abide by labor discipline and safe production operation rules, and take good care of and correctly use protective measures, articles and appliances.
The labor protection rights of enterprise employees are: the right to refuse to operate in violation of regulations; When the danger is particularly serious, have the right to stop operations, take emergency preventive measures and evacuate dangerous posts; Leaders who ignore employees' safety and health have the right to criticize, report and accuse.
Third, the safety responsibility of enterprise employees.
The Law on Safety in Production stipulates that employees of enterprises have three obligations to ensure safety in production, and from the perspective of responsibility system, they also have the following responsibilities for safety in production:
1) Seriously study and strictly abide by various rules and regulations and labor discipline, do not operate illegally, and discourage others from operating illegally.
2) Carefully operate and make records. The situation of safe production must be handed over, and the handover should create good conditions for safe production.
3) Correctly analyze, judge and handle all kinds of accident symptoms, and nip the accident in the bud. When an accident occurs, it should be handled decisively and correctly, reported to the superior in time and truthfully, the scene should be strictly protected, and detailed records should be made.
4) Carry out patrol inspection on time and seriously, and handle and report any abnormal situation in time.
5) Strengthen equipment maintenance, keep the job site clean and do a good job in civilized production.
6) Dress according to regulations when working. Keep it properly and use all kinds of protective equipment and fire fighting equipment correctly.
7) Take an active part in various safety activities.
8) Have the right to refuse the instruction of illegal operation.
