Yu He Cu Yu Yu Yu He Jiangyuan
At the beginning of its establishment, founder Dong also produced vinegar, sauce and wine, which were collectively called "sauce garden". Wine and soy sauce are far less famous than vinegar. In 2009, the company displayed some old utensils in the former site of Yu He Soy Sauce Garden, and established the Yu He Vinegar Culture Museum.
In the sixth year of Qing Shunzhi (65438-0649), Dong, a master brewer from Jiangsu, came to Changsha to open a sauce garden. The original site of the sauce garden is in Xiaoximen, the ancient city of Changsha, and now Yuhe Garden Lane in Changsha is named after it.
1956 public-private partnership, Yu He and other six condiment enterprises merged into Hunan Shuangfeng industrial co., ltd.
1997, the factory in Yu He was moved from Pozi Street to Guitang, and the site was moved from Guitang to Langli around 2003. During this period, the original site was rented out and turned into a cloth market. It was not until 2008 that the Jade Vinegar Culture Museum was established that the original site was taken back by the company.
Changsha Yu He Brewing Co., Ltd. was established in 2002.
In 2009, Yu He Brewing Co., Ltd. invested 6.5438+0.5 million yuan to display some old utensils and related materials in the former site of Yu He Jiangyuan, and established the Yu He Vinegar Culture Museum.
