Wu Peisheng, founder of Sanlux, died.

Wu Peisheng (1947-05-2023-02), college degree, party member, senior economist, was a director of Sanlux before his death. On February 13, 2023, Sanlux announced that Wu Peisheng died of illness at the age of 75. He has been the director of Zhoushan Rubber Hardware Factory, the director of Shaoxing Tape Factory, and the general manager of Shaoxing Sanlux Rubber Co., Ltd., and is currently the chairman and general manager of Sanlux Co., Ltd., and has been elected as the representative of the 11th and 12th People's Congress of Shaoxing County, and the vice chairman of rubber hose and tape association of China Rubber Industry Association. In the last five years, he served as the chairman and general manager of the company, and resigned as general manager in March 20 13. On February 13, 2023, Sanlux announced that the company had received a notice from the family of Mr. Wu Peisheng, the founder, controlling shareholder and one of the actual controllers, that Mr. Wu Peisheng died unfortunately due to illness.
