Brief introduction of CITIC Trust Co., Ltd.

CITIC Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CITIC Trust" or "Company") is a national financial institution approved by the national financial supervision department. Its predecessor, CITIC Xingye Trust and Investment Company, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China CITIC Group Corporation, which was established on March 5, 1988. In 2002, CITIC Trust completed the reorganization, renaming, restructuring and re-registration. In 2007, CITIC Trust & Investment Co., Ltd. was renamed CITIC Trust & Investment Co., Ltd. according to the Administrative Measures for Trust Companies and the Reply of China Banking Regulatory Commission on Changing the Company Name and Business Scope. In 2 0 1 1, he won the special gold medal of China School of Management Award.
