Construction started on February 28th, 2008 +65438, and was officially opened to traffic on October 28th+013rd, 2065. Now it's only 2 hours' drive from Zunyi to Bijie.

The starting point of Zunbi Expressway is Longkeng Road Transportation Hub (newly built) between majiawan Overpass and Zunyi South Overpass of Guizun Expressway. It is connected with the terminal of Sinan-Zunyi Expressway through Longkeng Hub Project, vertically crosses Guizun Expressway, passes through Yaxi Town, Mati Town, Panshui Town to Jinsha Chengguan Town and Yankong Town in the west, enters Yuchong Township, Shachang Township and Bai Na Township in Dafang County, passes through Baili Rhododendron Scenic Area, and ends at Shi Qiaocun, Yachi Town, Bijie City, and is connected with the proposed Xiarong Expressway.

Bai La Kan to Bi Jian 14 1 km adopts a four-lane standard, with a design speed of/kloc from Bai La Kan to Jinsha of about 33 km. Zunbi Expressway includes three extra-large bridges, 18 tunnel and 12 interchange. At the same time, necessary transportation facilities including 3 service areas and 4 parking areas have been built. These two hub projects are connected with several expressways, and are connected with Zunyi-Maotai Expressway (kilometers from Zunchi Expressway) in Bai La Kan, Zunyi County.
Connect multiple highways.
As Zunbi Expressway will be connected with Sizun Expressway, Guizun Expressway, Zunyi Ring Expressway and Zunchi Expressway, the construction unit will build two large-scale transportation hub projects in Zunyi: Longkeng Hub and Bai La Kan Hub. In Longkeng Hub Project, Sinan-Zunyi Expressway and Zunyi-Bijie Expressway will vertically cross Guizun Expressway through a large overpass, while majiawan overpass and the entrance and exit of Guizun Expressway will be reserved; Zunbi Expressway will be connected with Zunchi Expressway through a large-scale interchange in the Kan Hub Project. At the same time, the construction department will reserve another hub overpass in Li Le, Zunyi, connecting with the proposed Zunyi First Ring Road (Zunyi Ring Expressway).
Relevant leaders of Guizhou Provincial Communications Department introduced that the completion of the above-mentioned large-scale transportation hub project will further establish Zunyi's position as an important highway transportation hub in the province. At present, Sizun Expressway, Zunchi Expressway (Maotai-Chishui section) and Zunyi Ring Expressway have started construction, and Zunyi Airport Expressway is making preliminary preparations to start construction as soon as possible.
