1, the patentee change procedure is as follows:

(1) The transferor of the patent right and the transferee * * * signed a written transfer contract in compliance with relevant laws;

(3) Fill in the Filing Project Change Declaration Form, provide the filing project change certification materials and the transfer contract, and pay the filing project change fee;

2. Legal basis: Article 35 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Patent Law.
