The current situation of scientific research quality of higher vocational teachers is not suitable for the rapid development of higher vocational education. This paper analyzes the subjective and objective factors that affect the scientific research quality of higher vocational teachers, and puts forward that higher vocational colleges should change their concepts, strengthen guidance, strengthen management, improve the system and continuously improve the scientific research quality of higher vocational teachers.

1. Factors affecting the scientific research quality of higher vocational teachers
