Sanmen ball entered our school three years ago and was deeply loved by our teachers and students. Three-door ball is a good sport whether it is used as classroom teaching, extracurricular activities or competitions. Three goals have a positive impact on school physical education, especially on secondary vocational school students with declining physical fitness.

Three-door ball is a new regional ball game independently developed by sports workers in China. By the end of 1997, the prototype and game of three-door ball were basically completed. 1998 1 passed the provincial and municipal appraisal in 10 and July, and its equipment was also authorized by the national patent, which has only been more than ten years since its birth. Three-door ball game is a ball game in which three teams compete with their hands on a circular field with three equidistant goals. With its uniqueness, interest, practicality, intelligence and appreciation, and its value for the all-round development of young students' physical quality, the three-ball game has been loved and welcomed by secondary vocational school students, and many secondary vocational schools have also offered three-ball courses.

Spherical characteristics of one or three balls

Three goals are special. It is neither round nor oval, but a regular triangular vertebral body shaped like "Zongzi". The uncertainty of this ball with four corners after bouncing increases the interest of sports. Sanmen ball and Zongzi ball are similar in appearance and performance, but slightly different in size, weight, materials and some nuances.

The design process of two or three target movements

The original intention of Sanmen Ball is to serve the school, and the target group is the majority of young students. The three-door ball itself consists of two parts: the first part is designed as a game with its basic principles and methods, such as purpose, ideology, fun and security. It aims to strengthen students' understanding of three goals. The second part is based on these basic principles and methods, designed a set of three-ball competitive confrontation movements, from the competition to the competitive stage, have their own basic techniques and unique tactics for students to enjoy.

Third, develop and popularize three-goal ball into schools.

In order to promote Sanmen Ball in a wider range faster, better serve the vast number of young children and serve the reform of physical education, Sanmen Ball workers also put their energy into the training of Sanmen Ball. From 198 to 10 now, * * * has held dozens of trainings in various provinces and cities all over the country, which has trained thousands of technical backbones for the popularization of Sanmen Ball and laid a solid foundation for its development and growth. Our school also sent two teachers to participate in the training of three-ball to study and train other PE teachers by themselves. With the care and support of school leaders and superior leaders, Sanmen Ball entered the classroom smoothly. So how to effectively make the three balls blossom and bear fruit in school? Our school has carried out a series of thinking and exploration:

1. Indoor class appreciation and practical class learning

In order to let school students participate in the three-door ball competition extensively, we must first make students fall in love with it. Before the three ball classes, we arranged an indoor theoretical class "Appreciation of Three Ball Games" with dubbing explanation. This paper introduces the geographical overview and unique sports culture of the birthplace of Sanmen Ball, which arouses students' strong interest in learning and stimulates their thirst for knowledge. Through watching, students arouse a series of psychological changes such as excitement and enthusiasm, which makes them eager to experience the fun of three-goal in the sports field. Many girls are also full of expectations for this sport. Next is the practice class. First of all, let students play the three-ball game, have fun in the game and cultivate their interest in the three-ball. Then, teach students to practice basic skills such as three goals. In this process, we pay attention to a variety of practice methods, so that students can master the basic skills of holding the ball, moving, shooting, passing and catching the ball, breaking through the opponent, pulling the opponent and blocking the ball. And practice the basic skills of three-pointers. Let the students practice while playing. There are competitions and competitions. Pay attention to stimulate students' sports emotions and protect students' enthusiasm for learning. There is no need for too many details in technology, so that more students can experience the joy of success. Through teachers' intuitive teaching method (explanation and demonstration), students' cooperation, independent inquiry, independent innovation, hierarchical teaching, step-by-step teaching and successful teaching, students can gradually master the skills of three-door ball. You can arrange a small number of project competitions appropriately, experience the project culture and its unique emotions, and understand the charm of the three goals.

2. The improvement of school course selection

In order to further improve the level of three-ball sports in our school, the application for offering three-ball sports in our school is in line with the requirement of emphasizing "forming stable hobbies and specialties" in the physical education curriculum of high schools (equivalent to secondary vocational schools) and implementing the coordinated development of personality and foundation. In the specific structure of curriculum design in secondary vocational schools, that is, the combination of series modules and the unit design of elective teaching, the three goals can play its due role in both basic teaching and personality development. Teachers arrange teaching competitions and tactical knowledge learning in a planned way, and students cultivate their players' ability to analyze, understand and use tactics through teaching competitions and tactical knowledge learning, and gradually improve and develop their own offensive and defensive tactics, laying the foundation for Sanmen Ball to move from classroom to arena.

Step 3 "play" outside the classroom

In order to attract more students to participate in the three-ball game and become students' interest, we have created a variety of three-ball games to make students indulge in extracurricular activities, and teachers and students participate together, pushing the activities to a climax.

4. Regular "competition"

In addition to arranging some competitions in physical education class and elective courses, our department also organizes grade competitions, competitions between departments and friendly matches between teachers and students.

Fourthly, some thoughts about the three-point game.

Through our practice, we can see that three goals have a positive impact on school physical education, especially on secondary vocational students whose physical fitness is declining. However, we can see that the rules are not perfect because the three-door ball movement has not been developed for a long time. During the three-ball game, there will be cases where two parties join forces to deal with the third party intentionally or unintentionally. In addition, sports safety protection measures need to be strengthened. For example, in the process of confrontation, several athletes often bow their heads to grab the ball and bump their heads together. Because this sport combines the characteristics of rugby and handball, the safety protection measures should also be used for reference. At present, the three-ball game is limited to grass, and it can be expanded according to different geographical environments, such as three-ball game on the beach, three-ball game on water, three-ball game on ice and so on.

Nowadays, with the vigorous development of three-door ball in our school, students' interest in participating in sports activities has increased, their will quality has become more tenacious, and their physical fitness has also improved significantly. It can be seen that the three-door ball movement, whether its own characteristics, educational concept or educational essence, fully meets the requirements of curriculum reform and curriculum standards. We will be able to introduce the three-door ball into the classroom to a wider extent, further improve the three-door ball teaching system, and make it better serve the teaching reform and its curriculum standards and the physical and mental health of the majority of young students.
