China National Intellectual Property Administration, China is the directly affiliated institution in charge of patent work and overall coordination of foreign-related intellectual property affairs in the State Council. There are patent application, patent examination, patent protection, patent agency, PCT, integrated circuit, literature service, news trends, laws and regulations.
The State Bureau of China National Intellectual Property Administration and the State Council, People's Republic of China, is managed by the State Administration of Market Supervision, and the administrative level is deputy ministerial level. The Intellectual Property Office is responsible for protecting intellectual property rights.
