Document format specifications 1. Title classification Document titles are generally as deep as 5-level titles. The format of these 5-level titles should be set through " " → " ". Titles are always set to automatically update. Table 1 takes the main text as a small 4-point font as an example to illustrate the format of titles at all levels. If the main text is a 5-point font, the font size changes accordingly. Figures (1) Figures and figure titles in the document must be placed in a table with blank edges. Note: The figure title is placed below the figure, and the figure and figure title are not combined together. Table titles should be set to update automatically. Picture and text formats should be set individually. (2) If you want to use a word diagram, do not draw directly in the original document. Instead, you should create a new document specifically for drawing, and complete the diagram in this document. Then copy the picture and paste it by selecting "Picture" in " ", so that you can zoom in and out. Note that the graph should be set to " ". (3) When drawing in word, if you want to insert text in " ", you must set the inner margins of the text box to 0 for the top, bottom, left and right. (4) If you want to insert a non-word figure into the document, you must convert the file where the figure is located into PDF format, and then enlarge the PDF to 400 to take a screenshot.
