Personally, I think the relationship between rights and obligations in logical thinking is that when rights are realized, obligations are fulfilled, and when obligations are fulfilled, rights are realized. We should not emphasize who is more important too unilaterally, but emphasize the fulfillment of obligations from the opposite side. Generally speaking, without noble personality and morality, it is difficult for the subject to fulfill his obligations consciously. Society has not progressed to the point where all or most members of society have noble morality, so people will inevitably reject their obligations and make them unable to perform them.
