(4) Annual fee subsidy for the patentee's invention patent: If the invention patent is valid for more than 6 years from the date of application and the subsidy is applied, the patentee will be given a one-time subsidy of 70% of the total annual fee actually paid for each piece for more than 6 years (including 6 years) and less than 9 years (including 9 years).
(5) Subsidy for great inventors of invention patents: The patentee who authorized more than 30 invention patents in the previous year will be given a reward subsidy of 30,000 yuan, and for every 30 patents added, the subsidy will increase by 30 yuan. For the patentee who has obtained the above-mentioned funding, if he applies for funding again in that year, only the incremental part of the invention patent granted in that year will be deducted from the maximum amount granted in that year, and the funding will be based on the above-mentioned standards.
Legal basis: Article 4 of the Measures for the Reduction and Exemption of Patent Fees. Where the patent applicant or patentee is an individual or unit, the fee stipulated in Article 2 of these Measures shall be reduced by 85%. Where two or more individuals or units are the same patent applicant or patentee, the fees specified in Article 2 of these Measures shall be reduced by 70%.
