The environmental protection advantages of the internally insulated assembled greenhouse are obvious. The greenhouse has no hard walls, no concrete foundation, no construction pollution, no damage to cultivated land, and reflects the requirements of sustainable development. The arcs of the front slope and the back slope of the greenhouse are even and consistent. Extending the back slope can relatively shorten the distance between greenhouses. Compared with traditional greenhouses, the land utilization rate can be improved25. Since there is no wall to block the sun and wind, it does not affect open field farming and can improve the utilization rate of cultivated land. At the same time, the greenhouse is not restricted by direction and can adapt to plots in any direction from east to west, north to south.
It turns out that greenhouses cannot be reused due to land acquisition, crop stubble and other reasons. Internally insulated prefabricated greenhouses are easier to handle because they are removable. The greenhouse adopts a component assembly structure. V-shaped keels, composite beam connectors, cavity insulation quilt materials, quilt stacking mechanical systems and other components are completely produced using industrial assembly lines. The greenhouse is easy to construct and disassemble. The greenhouse is movable, making it easy to change the direction of land use, and can solve the problems of soil salinization and crop rotation in the greenhouse. At the same time, it is conducive to the scale and industrialization of the greenhouse industry.
Good light reception: heat preservation
Since the cross-section of the greenhouse keel is V-shaped, the laminating line is pressed in the V-shaped notch, and the film and the keel are closely matched, making the plastic film on the surface of the greenhouse smooth. , the lighting rate is more than 30% higher than that of traditional greenhouses. Under the same light conditions, the indoor temperature is about 5℃ higher than that of traditional greenhouses. The film drips smoothly, which avoids the phenomenon of water dripping along the lamination line in traditional greenhouses and damaging the seedlings.
Traditional greenhouses use straw curtains, quilts, etc. to cover the outside of the film. In the new greenhouse, the insulation quilt is placed inside the plastic film and runs up and down along the arc of the keel. There is a certain distance between the insulation quilt and the film. The insulation quilt does not come into contact with the plastic film, does not damage the film, and prolongs the service life of the film. When the film is exposed on the surface, rain and snow will naturally slide off, eliminating the trouble of cleaning up snow and drying thatch. Rain and snow weather reduce the thermal insulation performance; the film and the inner surface of the insulation quilt maintain a certain humidity and are highly flame retardant, which can also prevent greenhouse fires.
The internally insulated assembled greenhouse uses insulation to cool down, gable window convection ventilation, and film length convection ventilation to adjust temperature and humidity. If the insulation quilt is alternately opened and closed toward the sun, it will provide daylight and heat preservation, extending the lighting time of the greenhouse; if it is alternately opened and closed away from the sun, the insulation quilt will be shaded and cooled down quickly. In arid areas, using insulation quilts to cool down can reduce greenhouse water consumption and save water resources.
Suitable for national conditions: low cost
Professor Jiang Jinbiao told reporters that there are two main types of greenhouses, solar greenhouses and multi-span greenhouses, and the internally insulated assembled greenhouses fall between these. A form in between. Multi-span greenhouses are not suitable for farmers because of their high construction and operating costs. "Internally Insulated Assembled Greenhouse" is a provincial research project applied for by Liaoning Agricultural Vocational and Technical College. It has been researching since 2001 and has obtained three national patents and has independent intellectual property rights. The modern features and advantages of the internally insulated assembled greenhouse are distinctive, low in cost, and have many advantages in performance, construction and use, and adapt to the needs of my country's national conditions.
The cavity (hollow) insulation quilt made of polymer photosensitive composite materials has an insulation effect equivalent to a double-layer straw thatch. The cavity insulation quilt is lightweight, reducing the load on the greenhouse structure and saving structural materials. Compared with the traditional brick wall steel frame greenhouse, the cost is reduced by about 30%. The insulation quilt is sealed at the top of the greenhouse in a stacked state in summer, and the film is rolled to the top of the greenhouse for storage, which relatively extends its service life and reduces the cost of use.
Because the insulation quilt is very light, the staff in the greenhouse demonstrated to reporters that one person can easily cover the insulation quilt with a hand-cranked device. Two sets of quilting machines are set up to control the two-slope thermal insulation quilt respectively, and the quilting or quilting can be completed in 3-4 minutes with one hand. Manual machinery does not require electric energy and is suitable for remote plots. It saves energy and avoids injuries caused by traditional greenhouse rolling shutter machinery.
A greenhouse with a facility area of ??one acre usually occupies an area of ??1.5 to 2 acres, while the internally insulated assembled greenhouse almost only occupies one acre, which can save a lot of cultivated land.
In recent years, Liaoning Province has built about 800,000 acres of facility agriculture every year. If all these new greenhouses are used, hundreds of thousands of acres of cultivated land will be saved. At present, there are more than 4 million acres of solar greenhouses in Liaoning, and some of them are starting to be updated one after another. The new greenhouses are a good replacement. Moreover, the internal insulation assembly type saves labor and effort. A greenhouse like this can be built in less than a week, while a traditional solar greenhouse takes more than a month. The reporter learned that some farmers and enterprises have visited the sample room and reached preliminary cooperation intentions, which laid the foundation for in-depth research and promotion of the project.
