article 7 of the measures for the administration of software products implements the registration and filing system for software products. Domestic software products that meet the requirements of these measures and have been registered and put on record can enjoy the relevant encouragement policies stipulated in the Industrial Policy. Article 8 of the Measures for the Registration of Scientific and Technological Achievements shall submit the Registration Form of Scientific and Technological Achievements and the following materials: (1) Applied technological achievements: relevant evaluation certificates (appraisal certificates or appraisal reports, acceptance reports of scientific and technological projects, industry access certificates, new product certificates, etc.) and development reports; Or intellectual property certificate (patent certificate, plant variety right certificate, software registration certificate, etc.) and user certificate. (2) Basic theoretical achievements: academic papers, academic monographs, the evaluation opinions of the academic departments of the unit and the proof that the papers were cited after publication. (3) Soft science research achievements: relevant evaluation certificates (soft science achievements evaluation certificates or acceptance reports, etc.) and research reports.
