What are the two authoritative intellectual property protection agencies in the world, and what are they respectively?
At present, among the various international intellectual property conventions that have been signed, two international multilateral intellectual property conventions have great influence and comprehensive contents, covering patents, trademarks and copyrights: one is the Convention on the Establishment of the World Intellectual Property Organization signed by 1967, and the other is the Agreement on Trade-related Intellectual Property Rights signed by 1994. Corresponding to these two international intellectual property conventions, there are two authoritative intellectual property management institutions: the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the World Trade Organization (WTO).
