Audi basically posted TFSI, and Volkswagen posted TSI. There is no stratified combustion technology, only in-cylinder direct injection and turbocharging.
TFSI is Audi's patented technology, which means "in-cylinder injection stratified combustion turbocharged engine". Because stratified combustion technology must rely on direct injection in cylinder, it can be called "stratified combustion turbocharged engine" for short.
Among them, "FSI" means stratified in-cylinder direct injection of fuel, which refers to two technologies: in-cylinder direct injection and stratified combustion. The TFSI of Audi model is based on FSI, which adds T, that is, turbocharging technology. However, because the domestic fuel quality can not meet the requirements of stratified combustion, the domestic FSI model cancels the stratified combustion technology and only retains the direct injection in the cylinder.

TFSI is a turbocharged (T) FSI engine, referred to as TFSI, commonly known as Audi series. Volkswagen series direct injection (I) engine is equipped with turbo (T) and mechanical (S) double supercharged engine, which is called TSI for short. FSI is an acronym for stratified fuel injection, which means stratified fuel injection.
The stratified fuel injection technology is one of the lean combustion technologies of the engine. What is lean combustion? As the name implies, the gasoline content in the engine mixture is low, and the ratio of gasoline to air can reach below 1: 25, thus achieving the purpose of high combustion efficiency, economy and environmental protection.
