First of all, the patent inventor can change, and the procedures for changing the description items should be handled.

An inventor refers to a person who has made creative contributions to the substantive characteristics of invention and creation, and an inventor can only be the creator of invention and creation. In the process of completing an invention-creation, a person who is only responsible for organizing the work, providing convenience for the use of material and technical conditions or engaging in other auxiliary work does not belong to the inventor.

Inventors of service inventions enjoy the right of authorship and the right to patent remuneration. In addition, the inventor does not enjoy any rights to the patent, and cannot exploit the patent by himself or license others to exploit the patent. If he finds that others have infringed the patent, he has no right to stop it.

Inventor changes are divided into the following situations:

If the inventor does make mistakes in the application and proposes to change the inventor again, it is first necessary to provide a scanned ID card signed by all inventors, and secondly, it should submit a certificate that the inventor (added inventor) has made creative contributions to the substantive features of the invention after the change. The certification documents shall include conclusive evidence that the changed inventor (additional inventor) has made creative contributions to the technical features and other substantive features of the patent, as well as an objective record of the invention process. Such as experimental report, project report, meeting minutes, acceptance report, etc. Third, in the process of patent application, a statement of consent to change sealed by the unit shall be submitted.
