Hu Xiannian: Male, born in February 1966, Chinese nationality, undergraduate degree, senior engineer, graduated from the Refining Department of Daqing Petroleum Institute in July 1988, and later received an MBA degree from the University of Northern Virginia in the United States. No permanent residence abroad. From September 1988 to March 1992, he served as a worker, chief operator, and squad leader in the hydrocracking workshop of the PetroChina Liaohe Oilfield Petrochemical Plant; from March 1992 to November 2005, he successively served as the hydrogenation manager of the Changling Branch of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation Hydrogen production workshop monitor, technician, production director, and environmental solvent department director; from December 2005 to December 2014, he served as director and general manager of Hunan Zhongchuang Chemical Co., Ltd.; from December 2005 to present, he served as Hunan Changling Petrochemical Technology Development Company Director. Since October 2009, he has served as the chairman and general manager of the issuer. He also serves as the executive director and general manager of Yuxin Chemical and the chairman and general manager of Yuxin New Materials. Hu Xiannian has more than 30 years of production and technology research and development experience in the petrochemical industry. He has participated in the national "Eighth Five-Year Plan" key research project on the hydrogenation of coked wax oil as catalytic raw material combination process, and won the "Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress Award" from Sinopec.
