In Huainan Mining Group Xinzhuangzi Power Plant
Circulating fluidized bed thermoelectric tar polygeneration technology development project. This project is a major provincial science and technology special support project and is implemented by Huainan Mining Group and Zhejiang University. The country's first 12-MW circulating fluidized bed thermal electric tar polygeneration industrial demonstration device was established at Xinzhuangzi Power Plant of Huainan Mining Group. The project uses coal classification and polygeneration technology to extract the highly valuable tar and gas in the coal and further process it before the coal is used as fuel for power generation. At present, it has successfully mastered the technology of gasification furnace, dual-furnace combustion furnace linkage, complete combustion of semi-coke in circulating fluidized bed boiler, low-temperature tar recovery and gas purification technology, and applied for 2 national invention patents and 1 new utility patent. The coal tar yield reaches more than 10, and the tar relative oil extraction rate is ≥90. It can achieve an annual output of 12,000 tons of tar, 15.163 million cubic meters of gas, an annual sales income of 34.263 million yuan, and an after-tax profit of 5.971 million yuan. On this basis, the next step is to invest 1.2 billion yuan to build a 135-megawatt circulating fluidized bed coal thermal power tar polygeneration project. After the project is completed, it can achieve annual sales revenue of nearly 900 million yuan, after-tax profit of 110 million yuan, and an investment profit rate of 13.5. This project is of far-reaching significance for realizing the in-depth utilization of Huainan coal and promoting energy conservation and emission reduction.
