1. First check the stroke of the brake handle:
Excessive travel and poor braking effect. In an emergency, the car can't brake, so the stroke of the brake handle needs to be adjusted. The stroke of the brake handle should be reduced to the normal range.
2. Brake pipe fixing screw:
Brake pipe fixing screws are used to tighten the brake pipe and adjust the stroke of the brake handle. When adjusting the fixing screw of the brake pipe, loosen it slightly, not completely. If it is completely loosened, it may cause the brake line to separate.
3. Adjust the fixing screw of the brake pipeline:
Use 10 ofNo. 12 wrench to loosen the adjusting brake pipe screw and pull the brake pipe a little bit (the wrench must be rotated counterclockwise to loosen it), and only loosen it for one to three turns.
4. Pull the brake line:
After loosening the screw used to adjust the brake line, hold the brake line tightly with your right hand and pull it back a little.
5. Tighten the fixing screw of the brake pipe:
Tighten and adjust the brake pipe screw with the number. 10 of No.2 wrench (turn the wrench clockwise when tightening), and then tighten it.
