Structure principle of concrete mixer truck: The concrete mixer truck consists of an automobile chassis and a special device for concrete mixing and transportation. The chassis of concrete mixer trucks produced in China mostly adopts the second-class general chassis provided by vehicle manufacturers. Its special mechanism mainly includes power take-off, front and rear brackets of mixing drum, reducer, hydraulic system, mixing drum, control mechanism, cleaning system and so on. The working principle is that the power of the automobile chassis is taken out by the power take-off device, and the variable pump of the hydraulic system is driven, and the mechanical energy is converted into hydraulic energy and transmitted to the quantitative motor, and the motor drives the reducer, which drives the mixing device to mix the concrete. There is also a new type of mixer produced by Yantai Shenglida, which adopts a patent of rotary seal, which can make the mixing drum and the inlet and outlet of the mixer fully closed, thus solving a series of problems of traditional products such as water evaporation, mortar layering, concrete scattering and driving safety, greatly improving the concrete quality and building safety, and increasing the effective volume of the mixing drum to more than 8%. The comprehensive performance of the whole vehicle has reached a new height. The fully closed mixer has begun to serve Qingyan Weirong high-speed railway and high-quality construction projects.
1. Power take-off device
The domestic concrete mixer truck adopts the power take-off mode of the main vehicle engine. The function of the power take-off device is to take out the power of the engine by manipulating the power take-off switch, and drive the mixing drum through the hydraulic system. The mixing drum rotates forward in the process of feeding and transportation to facilitate feeding and mixing concrete, and rotates backward when discharging, and the power connection with the engine is cut off after the work is finished.
2. The hydraulic system
converts the engine power taken out by the power take-off into hydraulic energy (displacement and pressure), and then outputs it to mechanical energy (rotational speed and torque) by the motor to provide power for the rotation of the mixing drum.
3. The reducer
decelerates the rotational speed output by the motor in the hydraulic system and transmits it to the mixing drum.
4. The operating mechanism
(1) controls the rotating direction of the mixing drum to make it rotate forward during the feeding and transportation, and reversely when discharging.
(2) control the rotating speed of the mixing drum.
5. stirring device
the stirring device is mainly composed of a stirring drum and its auxiliary supporting parts. The mixing drum is a container for loading concrete. When it rotates, the concrete moves along the spiral direction of the blade, and it is mixed and stirred in the process of continuous lifting and turning. In the process of feeding and transportation, the mixing drum rotates forward, and the concrete moves inward along the blades. When discharging, the mixing drum rotates reversely, and the concrete is discharged outward along the blades.
blades are the main components in the mixing device, and damage or serious wear will lead to uneven mixing of concrete. In addition, if the angle of the blade is not reasonable, it will also cause concrete segregation.
6. Cleaning system
The main function of the cleaning system is to clean the mixing drum, and sometimes it is also used for mixing dry materials during transportation. The cleaning system also cools the hydraulic system.
7. The cab of the mixer truck is equipped with
semi-floating cab suspension, shock-absorbing seats, fluorescent lighting, air conditioning and other configurations, which are convenient and practical and reflect humanized care. Two steps, upper and lower handrails, 9-degree opening angle of the door, convenient for drivers and passengers to get up and down, and 55-degree front cover of the cab, which is convenient for daily maintenance, chassis inspection and maintenance.
