The wiping surface is made of sponge. According to the size of the eraser, the dimensions of the outer shell and internal parts of the eraser cleaning extrusion box are determined, the positions of two horizontal shafts are determined on both sides of the longest surface of the box edge, the lower ends of the upper and lower punching mandrels are installed at appropriate positions of the horizontal shafts, and the cross beam and two pull rods are connected to the upper ends of the two mandrels to determine the position of the telescopic pull rod outside the box. According to the horizontal and vertical positions of the ejector pin in the box, determine the gear position of the pull rod outside the box, put the movable water filtering partition into the box (above the ejector pin), and then seal the hollow cover with glue. In this way, an appropriate amount of water is injected, and when the pull rod outside the box is in a flat position, the eraser can be put into the extrusion cleaning box for cleaning, and dust will be deposited at the bottom of the box. After cleaning, pull the pull rod outside the box to an upright position, and the ejector rod drives the cross beam to push the water filtering partition off the water surface, so that the blackboard eraser can be squeezed clean and wiped on it.
