After this happens, there is no need to deal with it. After 24 hours, the freeze will be automatically lifted.

Fourth, ask the reason for the judicial freeze.

Except for operational reasons, most of the freezes are often judicial freezes, that is, preservation measures taken by judicial organs involving civil and criminal cases. At this time, it is necessary to clarify the reasons. At least ask who the frozen organ is before you can proceed to the next step.

There are many online frauds now, and there are no criminal or civil cases against them. It is indeed a mistake of the judiciary. They should contact the reason for freezing in time and explain the reason for lifting the freeze in time. If the freezing organ refuses to investigate and lift the freeze, it may complain to its superior organ.

Six, the disposal of their own reasons.

It depends on the seriousness of the matter. Freezing is divided into total freezing and partial freezing, which belongs to the property preservation of civil relations.
