(a) to obtain a secondary school degree in fire engineering, engaged in fire safety technology for 3 years; Or obtain a technical secondary school degree in fire engineering and have been engaged in fire safety technology for 4 years.
(two) to obtain a college degree in fire engineering, engaged in fire safety technology for 2 years; Or get a college degree in fire engineering related major and have been engaged in fire safety technology for 3 years.
(three) to obtain a bachelor's degree or degree in fire engineering, and to engage in fire safety technology for 1 year; Or obtain a bachelor's degree or degree in fire engineering related major and have been engaged in fire safety technology for 2 years.
(4) For those who have obtained corresponding academic qualifications or degrees in other majors, the working years of fire safety technology will be increased accordingly 1 year.
Those who have obtained the qualification certificates of first-class and second-class registered fire engineers and applied for registration through expanding information shall be employed by the approved fire technical service institutions or key fire safety units, and submit the registration application materials to the fire control institutions of the public security organs where the units are located (if the employing units are enterprises, they shall be registered through the industrial and commercial registration where the enterprises are located).
The fire control institutions of the public security organs of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall, within 20 working days from the date of accepting the application for registration, complete the preliminary examination of the application materials for the qualification of first-class registered fire engineers and the examination and approval of the qualification of second-class registered fire engineers in accordance with the prescribed conditions and procedures, and report the application materials and preliminary examination opinions for the qualification of first-class registered fire engineers to the Fire Department of the Ministry of Public Security for examination and approval.
