Changzhou Institute has the only national-level research institution in the field of coatings established with the approval of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the only national-level coatings testing institution, a national-level postdoctoral research work site, a postdoctoral innovation practice base in Jiangsu Province, and a national coatings research institute. It is a unit of the Pigment Standardization Technical Committee and the National Coatings Industry Information Center, with an independent industrialization base with a production capacity of 55,000 tons.
