Principle:
The water level sensor in the container transmits the sensed water level signal to the controller. The computer in the controller compares the measured water level signal with the set signal. The deviation is obtained, and then according to the nature of the deviation, "open" and "close" instructions are issued to the water supply electric valve to ensure that the container reaches the set water level. After the water inlet procedure is completed, the computer in the temperature control part sends an "open" command to the electric valve supplying the heating medium, and the system begins to heat the water in the container.
When the set temperature is reached. Only then does the controller issue a command to close the valve, cut off the heat source, and the system enters the heat preservation state. During the programming process, it is ensured that the electric regulating valve that controls the heat source does not open when the system does not reach a safe water level, thereby avoiding heat loss and accidents.
Advantages:
1. High control accuracy.
2. The minimum liquid level is not restricted.
3. The head is smooth and easy to clean.
4. The built-in emitting diode and phototransistor have long service life.
5. Friction-free, high reliability and not easy to get stuck.
6. Can be installed in any direction.
7. Small size, compact structure and simple installation.
