I. Professional theoretical level
A person who declares the qualification of senior economist must meet the following conditions:
Proficient in the theory and knowledge of this major, master the scientific methods and development trends of modern economic management inside and outside the region; Familiar with the laws, regulations and rules related to this major, with a high level of policy theory, and can provide decision-making services for the economic and social development of this unit or this system.
Second, the professional and technical work experience (ability) requirements
A person who declares the qualification of senior economist shall meet one of the following conditions after obtaining the corresponding intermediate professional and technical qualification:
1, presided over the economic work of enterprises and institutions for more than 3 years, or participated in the economic work of enterprises and institutions as the main backbone for more than 5 years.
2, presided over the local infrastructure construction, technical transformation projects or as the backbone of the participating units of Chinese and foreign investment and financing, enterprise restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, management innovation, corporate culture excellence and other projects, to carry out feasibility assessment and organize the implementation.
3. Participate in organizing large-scale economic activities. In the past five years, I have participated in many high-level and influential economic forums, seminars or reports, and delivered high-value academic reports or special speeches at the meetings.
Three. Job performance and achievement requirements
After obtaining the corresponding intermediate professional and technical qualifications, the person who declares to be a senior economist has two of the following conditions, of which the 1 for the staff of public institutions is the general condition:

3, presided over the operation and management of high-tech enterprises in the autonomous region, for three consecutive years for the enterprise management and main economic indicators reached the advanced level of the same industry in the region (the top three) to make outstanding contributions (must be certified by the municipal competent department of industry).
4, presided over the management of small enterprises or non-public enterprises, for five consecutive years, enterprise management and main economic indicators reached the advanced level of enterprises in the same industry (the top five).
5, presided over 1 above the provincial (district, department) level or more than two league city (bureau) level economic project feasibility assessment and organization and management, through practical application to achieve the expected goal.
6, as the main person (rated personnel) won the provincial (District, Ministry) level professional achievement third prize or above.
7, engaged in industry planning, economic policy research for more than 5 years, as the backbone to participate in key industry planning, the formulation of important economic policies and regulations, approved by the competent authorities, and achieved remarkable economic or social benefits.
8. The enterprise owns famous brand products at or above the provincial level (assessed by government departments), or owns 1 several utility model patents, which have been put into practice and achieved good economic benefits (the profits and taxes created for three consecutive years have reached 1 10,000 yuan or more, which is certified by local tax authorities), and I have played a major role in creating famous brands or patents.
9, as the backbone of the drafting of local laws and regulations, Union City (bureau) level above the relevant professional implementation measures.
10, as the backbone to participate in the management of large and medium-sized enterprises and institutions, and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.
