A few days ago, overseas media exposed a set of patent drawings of McLaren's brand-new hybrid sports car. The new car is likely to replace the 570S as the entry-level sports car of the McLaren family. It is expected that the new car will be launched in the first half of 20021at the earliest.
In terms of appearance, the front face of the new car adopts McLaren family design, and the addition of aerodynamic suite makes it more combative. The position of the headlights is obviously farther back, and the shape has become thinner. The aerodynamic modeling of the front lip is more complicated, and it is expected that the effect will be better than that of the 570S. The side of the car body presents a forward dive posture, and there are two large air inlets at the back of the door. The grille area at the rear of the car is larger than that of the 570S. The carbon fiber tail on the 570S has been cancelled, but an optional tail may be provided after the official launch.
