I personally think that domestic enterprises can adopt two development models for deep processing of fruits. One development model is large investment, because the market competition is fierce now, and the juices with good domestic sales are all big brands. To a certain extent, the processing of fruits and vegetables does not depend on the technology, but on the equipment. Good equipment requires a lot of investment. Another development model is that small enterprises process a product first, so that large enterprises can recognize it. Small enterprises can cooperate with large enterprises, which is also a way of development.
