Speaking skills for telemarketing. I work in ceramics and have just started learning telemarketing. Since I have no professional training, I always don’t know what to say when I talk on the phone.

First of all, pay attention to the tone, tone and speed of telemarketing. Customers with a genuine/lively tone will certainly be more willing to listen. Speak at a moderate speed. If you speak too fast, customers will not be able to hear you. If you speak too slowly, customers may not have the patience to listen.

Secondly, the introduction is concise and clear. Introduce yourself politely and then introduce your products, trying to be concise and not procrastinating.

The third word. Write a professional and concise paragraph.

The fourth attitude. Be sincere and enthusiastic, and let customers hear your sincerity in your words.

The fifth smile. Customers can see whether you smile or not.

Don’t be afraid of being rejected. If you persist, you will definitely gain something.
