The production process of wind power tower is generally as follows:
CNC cutting machine is used for blanking, and the thick plate needs groove. After the plate is rolled by the plate rolling machine, the internal and external longitudinal seam welding is carried out after the spot welding positioning is confirmed. After roundness check, if there is any problem, round it twice. After the welding of single cylinder is completed, the roller frame is assembled by hydraulic group, and the inner and outer circumferential seams are welded after spot welding.
After straightness tolerance inspection, flange welding, weld nondestructive testing and flatness inspection, sandblasting and painting, internal parts installation and finished product inspection, they are transported to the installation site.
