The college currently has 64 faculty members, including 52 full-time teachers. Among the full-time teachers, there are 14 professors, 12 associate professors, 11 doctoral supervisors, 21 master's supervisors, 2 recipients of special government allowances from the State Council, 1 top innovative talent in higher education institutions in Shanxi Province, and winner of the Shanxi Province Young Scientist Award 1 person and 2 young academic leaders in higher education institutions in Shanxi Province. The college’s professors Liang Jiahua, Liu Weiwei, Professor Liang Jiye, Professor Li Jingfeng, Professor Zhang Xindong, Professor Li Changhong, and Professor Pei Chengfa have formed a strong scientific research and teaching team. In addition, academician Wang Yingluo, Niu Renliang, Yu Jingyuan, Zhang Xinwei, Wang Qingxian, Zhang Fuming, Professors Fan Wenbin and Han Jianshu are part-time doctoral and master's tutors in the college, and experts and scholars such as Bill Lolving, Chen Dongqi, Lin Boqiang, Wang Maojian, and Wang Yuexuan are hired as visiting professors in the college.
