What is the difference between original drugs, genuine drugs, generic drugs and patented drugs in western medicine?

Original drug: the new drug originally developed has no other problems such as property rights and patents.

Genuine authorized drug: a drug that a company with intellectual property rights of the drug authorizes another company to produce or sell.

Generic drug: A drug that imitates a marketed drug, usually when the patent expires.

Patented drugs: drugs with authorized patents.
