Preparatory cutting
If it is a finished wardrobe, hinges are usually pre-installed and holes are reserved. Customized wardrobe needs to measure the size, determine the number of doors, and mark the installation position and height of hinges on doors and cabinets.
Positioning stage
Select the appropriate hinge according to the gap spacing of the wardrobe door, and mark the installation position.
Slotting stage
On the wardrobe door, a slot is opened according to the size of the hinge and the gap between two hinge pieces, usually the depth is the page thickness of a hinge. Do the same thing in the closet.
Fixed stage
Put the hinge into the groove of the wardrobe, and screw the tapping screw into the hinge hole with a screwdriver to fix it. Align the cabinet door with the cabinet body, and fix each hinge on the cabinet door with two screws. Try to open the closet door and check whether the gap is reasonable. Tighten all screws after correct adjustment. Each hinge is installed and fixed with 8 self-tapping screws.
