Which is better, biological science or educational technology in Inner Mongolia Normal University?

I feel that biology is better than science.

The predecessor of the Department of Biotechnology is the modern biotechnology teaching and research section of the former Department of Biology. When the College of Life Science and Technology was established in 2003, it was upgraded to the Department of Biotechnology. There are four subject groups: biochemistry, molecular biology, microbiology and cell biology, which are mainly engaged in the research of magnetic immobilized enzyme, SO2 removal technology from industrial flue gas by microorganism wet method, cold resistance mechanism of spirulina, plant gene knockout, molecular marker application technology, straw fermentation, development and utilization of edible fungi resources, plant tissue culture, plant secondary metabolites and so on. Since 200 1, it has been enrolled for three consecutive sessions, and the first graduates this year will take up their jobs.

At present, the whole department has a group of teachers with strong professional quality and teaching and scientific research ability, including teachers 18, professors, associate professors, lecturers, assistants 1 person and experimenters. There are 4 tutors for master students and 9 teachers for master degree. In addition to teaching professional courses such as genetic engineering, enzyme engineering, microbial fermentation engineering and tissue culture technology, it also undertakes the teaching of basic courses and elective courses such as biochemistry, microbiology, genetics, molecular biology and cell biology. In the past two years, the school has invested in transforming the original basic biology laboratory, and at the same time, it has built a new bioengineering laboratory and a biotechnology laboratory. The instruments and equipment of each laboratory have been greatly improved, which basically meets the needs of teaching experiments and graduation thesis practice of graduate students and undergraduates, as well as the development of discipline construction and teachers' scientific research work.

In recent years, teachers in this department have undertaken and participated in more than 30 national and autonomous regional scientific research and teaching research projects, and published more than 100 papers in various journals, some of which have been included in foreign abstracts. He has won many awards for scientific research and teaching at the autonomous region, departmental level and bureau level, and two scientific researches have won national patents.
