What foods contain lutein, lycopene and carotene?
The food containing lutein is the most abundant in kiwifruit, followed by yellow corn and yolk lycopene: it is distributed in tomatoes and also exists in carrots such as animal liver, carrots, spinach, sweet potatoes and cantaloupes, such as watermelon, pumpkin, plum, persimmon, pepper, peach, papaya, mango, guava, grape, grapefruit, blueberry, cloud fruit and citrus.
