The "Implementation Opinions" focus on innovation-driven high-quality development, clarify the guiding ideology and basic principles, and propose that by the end of the "14th Five-Year Plan", the main indicators will be first-class, the innovation elements will be doubled, the innovation ecosystem will be fully constructed, and The goal is to set a new benchmark for the intelligent manufacturing industry in four aspects, and focus on the goals of strengthening corporate innovation entities, creating high-end technological innovation platforms, building innovation and entrepreneurship incubation carriers, attracting innovative and entrepreneurial talents, strengthening the construction of vocational colleges and universities, and promoting the integration of industrial chain innovation chains. Thirty key tasks have been deployed in eight aspects, including optimizing the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem and promoting reform to release innovation vitality.
