Usage of ampoule sealing machine

1. Connect the gas pipeline. (Interface of policy regulating valve at lower right of rear mixing tee of equipment)

2. Plug in the power cord. (Socket in the upper right corner behind the device)

3. Turn on the power switch (in the upper right corner in front of the equipment).

4, slowly open the gas needle valve, until the lamp holder.

5. Slowly open the needle valve of combustion-supporting gas (the lower left corner behind the equipment) until the two lamp holders emit slender blue flames (the thinner the flame, the better).

6. Place ampoules on the tray. Don't put it into the flame at once. First, see if the flame is in the center of the tray and the sealing height you need (just loosen a knob on the bracket and tighten it).

7. Place the ampoule filled with liquid medicine in the center of the tray and light it with flame. Turn the bottle slowly and evenly with your left hand. When it burns red, pull out the lid with tweezers with your right hand.

8, after the work, you must first close the gas valve, and then close the gas valve.

9. Adjustment method of each part of ampoule sealing machine

(1) Adjustment of feed hopper:

In the production process, when the specification of 5 or 10 ml is changed, the feed hopper can be used with a little adjustment, but its related parts need a little adjustment. First, adjust the baffle until the ampoule can pass on the turntable.

"E" means that there is an adjusting gauge, and "F" means that there is an adjusting lever for separating ampoules sent continuously by the bottle feeding turntable, so that the toothed plate can rotate to convey ampoules. When the specification changes, the adjusting lever shall be adjusted as follows:

When the ampoule is delivered to the positioning tooth plate from the bottle inlet turntable, the ampoule body should just touch the adjusting gauge installed on the lower positioning tooth plate, and the ampoule neck just touches the adjusting rod installed on the upper positioning tooth plate and moves up and down on the fixed tooth plate. It decreases at 5cc and increases at 10cc. Adjust the "F" adjusting lever until the bottleneck does not fall and it passes smoothly, and adjust the "E" adjusting lever to the side delivery ampoule, which can run normally.

(2) Adjustment of transmission tooth plate: When the specifications of ampoules are exchanged, the three tooth plates A, B and D must be adjusted, otherwise the movement of ampoules will be affected.

(1) Turn the handle to make the bottle feeding turntable send out the empty ampoule, and check whether there is friction between the empty ampoule and A and the two fixed toothed plates, and whether the gap is too large. Adjust the toothed plates A and D to just contact with the ampoule, continue to rotate the handle to make the ampoule stay on the toothed plate, then observe whether the ampoule forms a 90-degree angle with the fixed toothed plate D, and then adjust the height of the fixed toothed plate A to make the ampoule neck expose the tooth surface: A = 12 ~ 15 mm.

⑵ Continue to turn the handle to see if the two rotating toothed plates B and C can move the ampoule at the same time. If there is any error, adjust the height of the rotating toothed plate B to achieve this goal.

10, adjustment of needle set of ampoule sealing machine

The function of the needle group is to make the extracted liquid medicine be delivered to each ampoule in time. So the needle must enter the ampoule at the right time, and don't rub the ampoule mouth. In order to achieve this goal, adjustments can be made according to the following steps:

1. Shake the spindle with the handle, and the timing for the needle of the needle holder to move up and down should be: when the ampoule is just placed in the position for injecting liquid medicine, the needle should start to be inserted into the ampoule mouth. When injecting liquid medicine, before moving the ampoule, all the needles should be withdrawn from the ampoule mouth, and it was found that the up-and-down movement of the needles was not accurate enough. At this time, you can loosen the fixing screw of the side cam and rotate the side cam clockwise or reversely to make its action meet the above requirements.

2. In order to prevent the needle from rubbing against the ampoule mouth when it enters the main ampoule, the needle can be adjusted by the needle adjuster to align the needle with the center line of the ampoule. The adjustment steps are as follows:

(1) First, rotate the spindle with the handle, so that the needle holder E drives the needle A to move to the lowest position, then take an empty ampoule and put it on the gear for injecting liquid, and then loosen the fixing screw c of the needle adjusting plate to move the adjusting plate B, so that the needle A is aligned with the center of the ampoule, so that the needle will not touch the mouth wall when entering the ampoule.

(2) Then loosen the fixing screw D of the needle base, so that the needle tip A can be fixed at the bell mouth of the ampoule when pouring medicine, so that the liquid medicine can flow down the wall of the ampoule when flowing out, and the liquid medicine will not splash on the neck of the ampoule.

⑶ Adjust the F miniature bearing, so that the clearance is appropriate with the clearance on both sides of the needle holder G, and the needle holder E can slide freely up and down, so that the needle A always runs in the central state.

After the above adjustment, you must turn the handle several times to see the working situation of this part, but you must pay attention to that every time you move any set screw, you must tighten it after adjustment, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the machine.
