4. Designed pictures or photos: submitted pictures or photos can only be submitted in one form. If you submit pictures, you must submit them in the form of pictures; If photos are submitted, they should all be submitted in the form of photos; If they are submitted in the form of CAD drawings, they should all be submitted in the form of CAD drawings and cannot be confused. Second, the appearance patent application process:
1. Submit materials to the Patent Office
2. Acceptance by the Patent Office: The Patent Office will examine the patent application after receiving it. If the conditions for acceptance are met, the Patent Office shall determine the date of application, give the application number, and after verifying the list of documents, issue an acceptance notice to inform the applicant.
3. Examination of the Patent Office: After the preliminary examination is passed, the examiner will issue a notice of granting the patent right. After receiving the notice of granting the patent right, the applicant shall go through the registration formalities, pay the fee and obtain the patent certificate. It takes about 6 months to complete the application process of appearance patent.
