For example, because a small amount of resin and felt cylinder are used in the local curing method, the price of materials is no longer the main part of the construction cost. Therefore, the materials used in the local curing method are better, and the quality of the obtained lining is better. But generally speaking, the reliability and service life of local resin curing method are worse than that of in-situ curing method, because the lining lacks integrity.
The materials of local resin curing method mainly include repair airbag, resin and curing agent, CCTV detection robot. The repair airbag consists of a mixture of three layers of high-quality special natural primary rubber and a fabric structure layer with special strength and corrosion resistance. The materials selected for the glass fiber cloth should be compatible with the selected resin to ensure the transmission of the glass fiber cloth to the resin, and should have sufficient tensile and bending properties to ensure that it can withstand the installation pressure.

Pipeline trenchless repair material, also known as local repair material, is an annular local repair method, which makes the glass fiber fabric evenly impregnated with curable resin cling to the pipeline repair position by inflating the air bag, and then cures at room temperature to form a local short pipe lining. All our pipeline repair materials are imported, namely: European standard high-quality corrosion-resistant glass fiber cloth and silicic acid resin (resin is divided into two groups: A-BS6 16 and B-BS6 17). The cured product has high hardness, good toughness, strong impact and bending resistance and strong corrosion resistance. Construction process:? The general process of local resin curing construction is shown in the figure.
Before the repair construction starts, the upstream pipe section should be blocked to ensure that there is no or little water in the repaired pipe section, so as to prevent the resin loss caused by excessive flow and affect the resin curing effect. Then, clean the pipeline and remove the obstacles that affect the hydraulic performance of the pipeline section. If the pipe wall is very smooth, the surface of the repair point should be rough to facilitate the fixing of the repair lining. Finally, the situation after the repair point (location, damage type and degree, etc. ) Confirmed by CCTV, local resin curing method can be used for construction.
First, measure the ambient temperature to ensure that it meets the requirements of resin application, and then soak the glass fiber cloth with resin at the construction site. Generally, the soaking process is carried out on site, that is, the mixed solution of resin and curing agent is poured on the paved glass fiber cloth (the size of glass fiber cloth should be cut according to the pipe diameter, repair length and lining thickness before construction), the resin is evenly coated with a suitable spatula, and the resin is coated on the new surface during the folding of glass fiber cloth, and finally it is rolled flat with a roller to avoid the deterioration of resin quality due to air entrained by felt cloth.
Then, glass fiber cloth is installed by repairing the airbag, and an isolation layer is formed between the airbag and the pipeline during construction, and a polyethylene (PE) protective film is bound on the airbag, so that the airbag and the resin felt pipe can be easily separated after construction. Tie the glass fiber cloth firmly to the airbag with rollers to prevent the airbag from sliding or falling when it is sent to the inspection well or pipeline.
The airbag is inflated after reaching the point to be repaired under the traction of CCTV probe car or manual, so that the glass fiber cloth covers the inner wall of the pipeline and remains for a certain time to wait for the resin to cure. After the resin is cured, the air bag is deflated and pulled out of the pipeline, and the felt cylinder is close to the inner wall of the original pipe. Finally, through CCTV inspection and quality acceptance, the whole construction process of local resin curing method is completed.
The local resin curing method can adopt ultraviolet irradiation, heating, natural curing and other methods, among which ultraviolet irradiation has fast curing speed and good effect, but it has high technical requirements and high price. This kind of project mostly adopts natural conservation method, which is simple to operate but takes a little longer.
