Sundry boom is a common tool on the dock. Most sundries suspenders are installed on the bow deck, and a few are installed on the stern deck. Its structure adopts yuan steel, and few steel plates are welded into I-beams instead.
The middle diameter of Yuangang sundries boom is larger, and the two ends are thinner, which is about 3/4 times that of the middle. The bottom end of the sundries boom is inserted into the base connected with the deck horizontal elbow or the bow side wall. The base is provided with an upper bearing bush and a lower bearing bush, in which the sundries arm can rotate. The top end of the sundries boom is made into an eye socket to connect the lifting ring shackle (ring buckle) and the rope guide block. There is an angle in the middle of the shaft, which is used to bind sundries.
General inspection and judgment method of ball head of balance bar;
1. Stop the car and turn the steering wheel in one direction. Generally, you can directly see the ball head of the balance bar. You can hold the ball head of the balance bar with your hand and shake it to see if there is a gap. Generally speaking, this boom should not be loose in any direction or angle. 2. In the stopped state, rub the front wheel with your feet, make the car body sway forward or backward, and listen to whether the front suspension of the car has abnormal sound, which is helpful to identify the wear or looseness in front of the chassis of the car.
