Potassium humate is an efficient organic potassium fertilizer, and fulvic acid is a short carbon chain molecular structure substance extracted from natural humic acid.
2, the performance is different
Potassium humate:
(1) Potassium humate is a heterogeneous aromatic hydroxycarboxylic acid salt with black particles or powdery solids. It is the product extracted from lignite after fine separation by KOH liquid reaction. Soluble in water and alkali, containing carboxyl, phenolic hydroxyl and other active groups.
(2) The dissolution of potassium humate can ionize hydroxyl groups and hydroxyl groups, and it has a strong negative charge hydration ability. It can be used as drilling and shale inhibitor in geology, petroleum, coal, mining and other fields. It has the functions of viscosity reduction, water loss reduction and collapse prevention, and the temperature resistance reaches 180℃.
(3) Physical and chemical performance project technical indicators Appearance dark brown powder moisture ≤ 15% water insoluble matter (calculated based on analysis) ≤ 10% humic acid (calculated based on analysis) ≥50 potassium content (calculated based on analysis) ≥ 10 pH value 9- 10.
Potassium fulvate:
(1) Scientifically combine new nutrition chains to balance the demand of plants in an all-round way.
(2) Unknown growth promoting factor with high biological activity.
(3) Strong complexing ability, improving the absorption and movement of trace elements by plants.
(4) Anti-flocculation, buffering, good solubility and strong interaction with metal ions.
(5) It has remarkable cold resistance and drought resistance.
(6) Low molecular weight is the most basic physical and chemical characteristic of biochemical potassium fulvate.
3. Different technical indicators
Potassium fulvate:
(1) The content of fulvic acid as the main component (calculated on a dry basis) %≥50%.
(2) Total nitrogen content (calculated on dry basis) %≥3.0%
(3) Total phosphorus (P) content (calculated on a dry basis) %≥0.4%
(4) The total potassium (k2o) content (calculated on a dry basis) %≥ 1 1.7%
(5) Organic matter content (calculated on dry basis) %≥50%
Potassium humate:
(1) meets the project index of Q/YJB022-2003.
(2) Appearance: dark brown powder
(3) water-soluble dry humic acid: ≥ 50.0%
(4) Water insoluble matter: ≤ 10.0%
(5) Filtering fresh water drilling fluid does not increase the filtration loss of original drilling fluid.
