What will happen if you don't transfer the patent right?

Paragraph 3 of Article 10 of the Patent Law stipulates that the transfer of the right to apply for a patent or the patent right shall take effect from the date of registration.

If the project transfer contract contains the transfer of patent right/patent application right, but the procedures are incomplete, it will not be performed compared with the contract. The original obligee can go back on his word, refuse to perform, and continue to license or transfer it to others. The transferee of the contract may pursue the liability for breach of contract or continue to perform. However, if it is a bona fide third party, the original transfer contract cannot continue to be legally performed, and only the liability for breach of contract can be investigated.
