(2) The supporting unit is the key laboratory of the hospital: in addition to meeting the condition (1), the supporting unit should be a tertiary A-level hospital.
(3) The supporting unit is a key laboratory of an innovative leading enterprise: it should have high-tech enterprise qualifications, have the ability to carry out applied basic research, be representative in the industry, and have annual sales revenue of 300 million. The enterprise's R&D investment accounts for more than 5% of sales revenue, or the annual R&D investment reaches more than 8 million yuan. It has undertaken national key R&D plans or major provincial scientific research projects in the past three years, and has obtained more than 5 patent authorizations in the past three years, including There is more than 1 invention patent, and the annual average number of scientific and technological achievements transformation reaches more than 5.
3. Have a high-level research team with at least 20 fixed researchers and the ability to cultivate senior talents. The proportion of personnel with senior professional titles or above in key laboratories whose supporting units are universities or scientific research institutes should account for more than 35% of the fixed researchers. There are high-level academic leaders in this research field who have received support from talent plans at or above the provincial level.
4. The academic committee is composed of outstanding experts at home and abroad in this research field, and the number of people from the supporting institution shall not exceed one-third of the total number.
5. It has good scientific research and experimental conditions, and its personnel and buildings are relatively concentrated. The laboratory site area is more than 800 square meters, with clear boundaries; the total value (original value) of scientific research instruments is more than 8 million yuan.
6. There is a sound management system and full-time laboratory managers and technical personnel; the supporting unit can stably support the laboratory's work and provide guarantees in terms of funds, talents, operations, etc., and the funds in the past two years The annual investment is no less than 500,000 yuan.
