(1) Special metal functional materials

Rare earth functional materials. Focusing on improving the performance of new rare earth materials, expanding the application in high-end fields and increasing the added value of products, we will give full play to the advantages of rare earth resources in China and expand the industrial scale of new rare earth materials. Vigorously develop ultra-high performance rare earth permanent magnet materials and rare earth luminescent materials, actively develop new hydrogen storage materials with high specific capacity, low self-discharge and long life, improve the product grade of grinding and polishing materials, and improve the performance and preparation technology level of existing catalytic materials.

Rare metal materials. Give full play to the advantages of rare metal resources in China and improve industrial competitiveness. Actively develop high-tech deep processing materials such as high-purity rare metals and targets, large-scale molybdenum electrodes, high-quality molybdenum wires, high-precision narrow-band tungsten, large-scale tungsten and molybdenum plates and products, high-purity rhenium and alloy products. Accelerate the industrialization of high-performance cemented carbides such as ultra-fine nanocrystals and ultra-coarse grains, and improve the research and development level of atomic zirconium materials, silver indium cadmium control rods, high specific volume tantalum powder, and high-efficiency precious metal catalytic materials.

Develop production technologies such as integrated purification of high-purity rare earth metals, permanent magnet materials with magnetic energy product and coercivity greater than 65, high-capacity and high-power energy storage materials, and rare earth alloy rapid cooling thick strips.

02 rare metal material technology

Develop technologies such as multi-element alloy melting, composition homogenization control of large alloy ingots, master alloy preparation, ultra-high purity (≥6N) metal processing and cleaning, microstructure control of large-size ultra-high purity metal targets, full densification sintering of cemented carbide, and directional control of coating deposition.

03 semiconductor material technology

Realize the industrialization of 8-inch and 12-inch silicon single crystal growth and silicon wafer processing, break through technologies such as 12-inch silicon wafer epitaxial growth, and develop green polysilicon production technology.

04 other functional alloy technology

Develop a new generation of amorphous strip high-speed continuous casting technology, thin specification (0. 18-0.20mm) high magnetic induction oriented silicon steel production technology, ultra-fine ultra-pure copper alloy preparation and processing technology.
